Nothing Phone 2
Nothing announced that it will release Nothing Phone 2 on July 11.
According to the official poster, Nothing Phone 2 will continue the transparent body design of the previous generation, which is rare in the Android camp, and the recognition is instantly full. At the same time, the processor will be upgraded to Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+, which is Nothing's first Snapdragon 8 series phone.
It is reported that Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ adopts TSMC's 4nm process, compared with the previous generation platform (the first generation of Snapdragon 8 mobile platform), the Snapdragon 8+ integrated Adreno GPU has achieved a 10% increase in frequency and a 30% reduction in power consumption, and the Kryo CPU has also achieved a 10% increase in processing speed and a 30% improvement in energy efficiency.
In addition to the Snapdragon 8+, the Nothing Phone 2 will also have a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a battery capacity of 4500 mAh.
It is worth noting that Nothing founder Carl Pei confirmed that Nothing Phone 2 will get 3 years of Android major version updates and 4 years of security patch updates, and the machine is factory pre-installed with Android 13, which means that Nothing Phone 2 will be upgraded to Android 16.
